- Resin
Coating
- This device is designed for coating on
to back side of fabric with resin and adhesives evenly by using
a roller after removal of the alien substances. Which adhered
on fabrics.
- Over
Feed
- It is pinning device for
fix the fabrics to the conveyor correctly by means of moving
the rail to left or right hand side under operate the sensor
after resin coating. This also gives a function that controlling
the weight of fabrics by increase and decrease of the fabric
length according to adjustment of rotation speed on feed rail.
- Heat
chamber(Hot oil circulation
system or oil burner system)
- This is to drying heat
setting by fan taking indirect heat source generated from hot
oil in heating radiator and burner using diesel fuel in order
to dry the fabrics coatted with resin continuously after fixed
it to conveyor.
- Dust
Exhaust
- This is to exhaust the
dust automatically to outside by using a suction fan because
the dust which is generated during knitting or after knitting
of boa or high pile. Interfere on air circulation.
- Cooling
& Drying
- As dried fabrics which
has latent heat the machine are cooled by the air jet from coolong
fan which has suctioned ccol air from outside of the machine
room, the remaining shrinkage stress of fabric can be eliminated.
It is possible to set up tension freely by stepless acumulation
of operating speed.
